In “Touching Down – Cultivating stability and lightness‘ Orit Sen Gupta is returning back to sutras about asana and pranayama in the second chapter of the Yoga Sutra, reading some of the most interesting comments concerning these few sutras and bringing their insights into our practice.
In each class we will meditate, breath and move with the understanding of the sutras that we will learn together.
